Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day trial of either the Pro or Consultant plan, depending on how you use the tool. You'll get full access to premium features during the trial with no credit card required.
What's the difference between Pro and Consultant?
Pro is for in-house martech managers working on their own company's stack. Consultant is for contractors and freelancers managing stacks for multiple clients — it includes unlimited cloud saves, unlimited RFI generation, and white-labeled reports.
What happens when I hit my limit?
You'll be prompted to upgrade. Your existing work is never deleted or locked — you just won't be able to create new diagrams or AI generations until you upgrade or remove some to get back under the limit.
What is the RFI Generator?
The RFI Generator helps create professional vendor evaluation documents. A guided wizard collects your requirements, AI generates a complete RFI with scoring rubric, and you can score and compare vendor responses — all within the app. Available on Pro ($49/each), Consultant (unlimited), and Team (unlimited) plans.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Monthly plans have no long-term commitment, and annual plans can be cancelled with the remaining balance prorated.
