Per-team encryption

Every team workspace has its own AES-256 encryption key, stored in Supabase Vault. Your contracts are encrypted at rest — even our own engineers can't read them.

Complete data isolation

Contracts uploaded by one team are invisible to every other team. No cross-workspace leakage, no shared indexes, no blended search results.

Audit trail

Every upload, extraction, query, and download is logged. Enterprise plans retain 365 days of audit history with CSV export for compliance reporting.

No data retention by AI

Contract text is processed in isolated sessions. The AI does not store, train on, or retain your document content after extraction is complete.

How does the AI extraction work?
When you upload a contract, our AI reads every page and extracts structured data: annual contract value, renewal dates, SLA uptime guarantees, DPA legal basis, data processing locations, termination terms, and more. Each extracted field includes a confidence score so you can verify accuracy before accepting.
Is my contract data secure?
Yes. Each team workspace has its own AES-256 encryption key stored in Supabase Vault. Your contracts are encrypted at rest and in transit. No contract data is shared between teams, and our AI processes documents in isolated sessions without retaining content after extraction.
Can I ask questions about my contracts from Slack?
Yes. The /msb ask command lets you query your indexed contracts directly from Slack. Ask "When does our Braze contract renew?" and get the answer with the exact clause citation — without leaving your workflow.
How much does it cost?

Who can see my uploaded contracts?
Only members of your team workspace can access contracts uploaded to that workspace. Contracts are scoped to the team, not shared across workspaces. Team owners control who has access through role-based permissions.
