Decide Together
The RFI Room
Describe what you need in a sentence. The app fills in your stack, your company and a shortlist, you confirm one page, and it writes the RFI with a scoring rubric. Send it to vendors from saved contacts with one deadline and automatic reminders, see who opened it and who has answered, and let vendors answer in Excel if they prefer. Score every answer side by side, agree the scores, and record the decision with its reason.
Change Requests in Their Own Room
A change request now has its own page, from draft to closed. Approvers vote there, from an email link or on their phone, and every revision stays on record. Once it is approved, Apply shows the stack before and after, updates it, and can be reverted. The work that follows is tracked with owners and due dates until you close the request. A decided RFI starts one, already filled in.
One Inbox
The Inbox in the header lists what is waiting on you in the workspace: change requests to vote on, RFIs to score, your tasks and your mentions, overdue first. Owners and admins also see the team’s workload. It replaces the Requests panel and My Tasks.
Comments for Teams
On the Team plan, open Comments beside the canvas to discuss a stack, reply in threads and @mention a teammate. Mentions and replies arrive in their Inbox.
Settings and Stack Views
Settings is now its own page, with your account, your workspace and your organisation in one place, including data export, account deletion, sessions and recovery codes. A stack opens as Canvas, Table, Costs or Details, each with its own link, and the stack’s name in the header always takes you back to the canvas.
Conversations in Ask
Ask, the chat about your stack, keeps several conversations per stack. In a team workspace you choose whether a conversation is private or shared, and shared ones show who asked what. The free plan includes 10 questions a month.
Clearer and Easier to Start
New accounts get a five-step checklist to a first useful stack. Colours now mean one thing each (orange is urgent, amber is money), and buttons, dates and badges look the same everywhere. This release also fixes many problems found in testing, among them a reload that could lose unsaved work and what viewers were able to change.
