What counts as a verified .edu address?
We accept .edu, .ac.uk, .edu.au, .edu.cn, .ac.nz, .ac.jp, and most country-specific academic TLDs. If your institution uses a non-standard domain, contact us and we’ll add it to the allowlist.
Do students keep their account after graduation?
Yes. The account and its stacks stay. Complimentary Pro runs for 12 months from approval, and we can extend it while you are still studying. After that the account moves to the Free plan, or you can upgrade to keep Pro.
Can I use Stack Builder for a one-off workshop?
Yes. Request a class workspace via the form and tell us the dates. We’ll provision a temporary Team workspace for the duration of the workshop.
Do you support bootcamps and high schools?
Bootcamps and continuing education programs — yes, case-by-case. High schools are eligible if there’s a structured curriculum and a teacher of record. Reach out via the form.
Can I bring my own case studies or do you provide them?
Both. The 10 stack templates (B2B demand generation, ecommerce and retention, real-time streaming and more) are open to everyone, with every connection documented, and you can build your own.
What does a class workspace cost?
